This website (qweelvo.com) is operated by Qweelvo, a Saudi platform that gives restaurants a direct ordering channel. In these terms "Qweelvo", "we" and "us" refer to it.

By using this website you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy published on it. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

This is a marketing website: it explains the Qweelvo platform and its prices, and lets you request a demo or contact us. What it contains is general information, not a binding offer and not a contract.

You cannot subscribe to the platform, pay, or place food orders through this website. The restaurant dashboard is a separate service with its own terms.

The service itself, meaning the ordering channel, the dashboard, the order device and everything that goes with them, is governed by a subscription agreement between Qweelvo and the restaurant. Where this website and that agreement differ, the agreement applies.

Requesting a demo commits you to nothing, and does not oblige us to enter a contract. We contact you after the request to arrange a time, and we may decline to give a demo or provide the service for any request.

The prices published on the website are counted per branch, in Saudi riyals, and exclude value added tax unless stated otherwise.

The binding price is the one in the subscription agreement or the quotation we send you. We may change the published prices at any time; a change affects an existing subscription only as its agreement provides.

The savings calculator and the figures it produces are an estimate built on the numbers you enter. They are for illustration only, and are not a promise of a result or a guarantee of a return.

We take care to keep the information on the website correct and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions.

Product details and features may change as the product develops. The photographs, product screens and examples on the website are illustrative and may differ from the actual service in their details.

The content of this website, including text, designs, drawings, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Qweelvo and is protected by the intellectual property laws in force in the Kingdom.

The Qweelvo name and logo are marks belonging to Qweelvo and may not be used in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement without our prior written consent. Other names and marks mentioned on the website belong to their owners.

You may browse the website and share its links for your lawful personal or professional use. You may not copy, republish or modify its content for a commercial purpose without our consent.

When you use the website you agree not to do any of the following:

These terms are published in Arabic and English. Where the two texts differ, the Arabic text applies.
